Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 mini cucumber, thinly sliced
1 radish, thinly sliced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
To a soup bowl, add the cottage cheese and top it with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, radish and green onion. Season with salt and pepper and give it a good mix. Enjoy!
