Ingredients:
1 pint (500mL) Guinness beer
3 scoops of your favourite vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
Place a pint glass and a can of Guinness in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and let them chill.
To the chilled pint glass, add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Pour the Guinness over top and give the drink a little stir. Serve and enjoy!
