Kick off St. Patrick’s Day with this 2 ingredient beer float! A can of Guinness and some vanilla ice cream is all you need to create this magical drink! Ingredients:

  • 1 pint (500mL) Guinness beer

  • 3 scoops of your favourite vanilla ice cream


Instructions: 

  1. Place a pint glass and a can of Guinness in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and let them chill.

  2. To the chilled pint glass, add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  3. Pour the Guinness over top and give the drink a little stir. Serve and enjoy!
