Say hello to the easiest and freshest salsa that you’ll ever make - Pico de Gallo. Pico de Gallo, also referred to as Salsa Fresca or Salsa Cruda, is a popular Mexican salsa that is made using fresh tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice and salt. No cooking is required with this one! The ingredients are finely chopped and mixed together until combined, ensuring that you get a little bit of each with every bite.
My Homemade Pico de Gallo recipe is made using 6 ingredients, requires 10 minutes of your time and couldn’t be simpler to put together. It’s that easy! Enjoy it with tortilla chips, as a topping for nachos, tacos, tostadas or a fried egg, stuffed inside a burrito or alongside your favourite quesadilla. The possibilities are endless. So, let me show you how it’s done. Grab a spoon and come and cook with me!
