Cannellini beans, or white kidney beans, play a starring role in this dish. They are mild in taste and creamy and soft in texture, making them the ideal base for this dip. Olive oil, lemon juice and zest, rosemary and garlic are added to the mix and take this snack or appetizer to new heights. All the ingredients combine to create one of the most flavourful and satisfying bites!

Enjoy this dip alongside some pita bread, crostini or your favourite crackers. Serve it as part of a trio of dips, including my Baba Ghanoush and Olive Tapenade, for a crudité platter that is sure to impress the crowd. So, let me show you how it’s done. Grab a spoon and come and cook with me!
