This is the sandwich of all sandwiches! It’s so big, juicy and jam-packed with saucy and tender pork - that it will have you rolling up your sleeves and doing the “Flavortown Hunch”.
My Mouthwatering Pulled Pork Sandwich comes together in just 5 minutes! You’ve already done all the work of creating the components - my Perfect Pulled Pork and Homemade “Dill Pickle” Coleslaw! Now, all that’s left for you to do is smother the pulled pork in barbecue sauce, assemble the sandwich and dig in! Any barbecue sauce works well here but my favourite and go-to is Guy Fieiri’s Kansas Style BBQ sauce. It’s sweet and smokey and gives the pulled pork that little something-something!

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded pulled pork
1/4 cup bottled barbecue sauce
1/4 cup dill pickle coleslaw
2 tsp unsalted butter
1 Hamburger bun
Instructions:
Reheating the Pulled Pork and BBQ Sauce: Add the pulled pork and barbecue sauce to a small saucepan set over low-medium heat. Stir and cook for 4 - 5 minutes or until the meat and sauce have warmed through.
While your pulled pork is reheating, melt 2 tsp of butter over medium heat in a small skillet. Once the butter begins to sizzle, lay your hamburger buns over top. Cook for 1 minute or until golden and delicious. Turn off the heat and transfer the toasted buns to a plate.
Build-a-Sandwich: Top the base of the bun with the sauce covered pulled pork, followed by the coleslaw and then cover it with the remaining hamburger bun. Serve and enjoy!
