Paloma Cocktail Recipe

Paloma Cocktail Recipe

If you’ve got a zest for life, then you’ll have to give this Paloma Cocktail Recipe a try! For those of you who haven’t had a Paloma, you’re missing out! This citrus-infused cocktail is vibrant, bitter, salty and slightly sweet. It’s so delicious that I wouldn’t be surprised if it becomes your go-to summer cocktail!

A traditional Paloma consists of 3 simple ingredients: Tequila, lime juice and grapefruit soda. That’s it! But, I like to shake things up and my spin on this classic cocktail combines fresh grapefruit juice with tequila, a hint of lime juice and a generous pour of grapefruit sparkling water. Grapefruit juice and sparkling water amp up the citrus flavour of this cocktail and give it the most beautiful pink hue! Like a Margarita, this drink is best served in a bar glass adorned with a salted rim. The result - a refreshing, bubbly and delicious drink that you’ll enjoy to the very last sip!

This thirst quenching cocktail is perfect for entertaining and couldn’t be easier to make. Serve it at your next date night, summer BBQ or party, as it’s sure to impress! So, let me show you how it’s done. Cheers!

Notes:

  1. Not A Fan of Pulp?!: For a pulp-free cocktail, strain the grapefruit and lime juice, using a fine mesh sieve, before incorporating them into the drink.
