Ingredients:
2 oz. non-alcoholic blue agave spirit, specifically Almave
2 oz. passion fruit juice, chilled
1 oz. lime juice (approx. 2 limes)
1 oz. passion fruit sparkling water, chilled
Ice cubes
Smoked sea salt, for the rim
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper, for the rim
An additional sliced lime, for the rim and as garnish
Instructions:
To a small plate, add the smoked sea salt and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper and mix until combined.
Run a lime slice around the rim of a bar glass and dip the glass into the smoked sea salt mixture.
Fill a bar glass 1/2 full with ice cubes.
Pour in the Almave, passion fruit juice, lime juice and passion fruit sparkling water.
Stir and garnish with a sliced lime. Serve and enjoy! Cheers!
